In my current role, I lead a team of BA’s to deliver change across multiple domains.  My team specialise in asset management, energy markets, and enterprise (corporate) projects. Like any good BA, my team can adapt to new challenges.  Whether it be technical, domain, or a mix of both, they will get the job done, and get a great outcome.

Community

I want to support a strong BA community in Melbourne.  As such, I volunteer for the IIBA as the Melbourne education lead.  The role focuses on running study groups and mentoring members.

I’ve worked with the national team to write course material.  My most recent work was to develop a curriculum for an Agile Extensions Study Group.

I share great satisfaction when I can help people to become a better BA.
